Hard to Stomach Series

I saw a photograph in the newspaper of a seagull washed up and decomposing on a beach its carcass full of coloured plastic it had mistaken for food , the effect that it has on wildlife is devastating. I have been cleaning beaches and rivers for years finding everything from tiny pieces of plastic (some used in these works) to shopping trolleys . The guillemots were found washed up on a beach in the north east of England and rescued by my taxidermist.
